Partiendo del concepto de una “vecindad”, se dividieron los espacios públicos y privados mediante áreas definidas de esparcimiento, comerciales, entretenimiento, administración y habitaciones.
Todos unificados por la incorporación de elementos populares mexicanos.
Cultura popular.
Se pretendió hacer un acercamiento contemporáneo de los elementos icónicos mexicanos reconocidos mundialmente: texturas y estampados que han sido retomado para este proyecto.
