Hay 84 habitaciones en total, 6 por cada nivel. Los muebles son un ingenioso híbrido de lo viejo y lo nuevo, con pantallas shoji, en lugar de cortinas y baños rodeados por vidrio transparente que se vuelve opaco con el tirón de un interruptor. En lugar de la habitual futon de colchón en el suelo laminado, camas bajas construidas con los estándares occidentales de la comodidad en mente. Asientos y mesas fueron diseñadas con elementos de distribución de peso para evitar dañar el parqué de tatami.
Para dar un toque del tradicional baño japonés exterior: la combinación de agua caliente y aire fresco que el Japonés bañista ama:-luz y sus ángulos hacia el cielo.
