Se partió de la idea de darle un giro diferente para cada espacio dentro de la Universidad de Monterrey. Tocaron 2 espacios a remodelar: La cafetería y la terraza.
Unión de toda la 1era planta que es donde se encuentran estos 2 espacios, convirtiéndolos así en un concepto “picnic” creando un ambiente de convivencia mediante espacios abiertos y zonas verdes unificadas. La cafetería, yéndose a un concepto un tanto más industrial, permitiendo que los materiales se mostrasen tal y como son.

Terraza de una familia en la ciudad de Monterrey.
Se pensó en usar elementos y materiales característicos de la zona norte como son las celosías de patrones y contrastarlo con elementos industriales un poco mas pesados como las columnas de acero.

First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I’d
